Q.	Do I need an Attorney to buy a home?
You do not need an attorney to provide real estate closing services in the State of Florida. You can hire an attorney to represent your interests to review your transaction prior to closing a real estate transaction. Most real estate closings in Florida are setup by the Buyer's lender through a "Title Company".

Q.	What is the best way to select a Realtor to help me buy a house?
The best way for buyers to decide on an agent is to select a Realtor that is an exclusive buyer's agent. Many real estate professionals are listing agents for the sellers and are not exclusive home buyers agents.

I am a licensed Realtor. I work exclusively with home buyers, and have been a real estate professional for over 10-years. About 90% of my clients are home buyers, and 10% are real estate investors.
